The Company was founded in 2010, covering an area of more than 2, 00,000 Sqft. with an annual production capacity of 6000 MTPA. Sudarshan is both a leading manufacturer of Aluminium extrusions and a provider of surface finish solutions. The company’s core business is in aluminium extrusions and in aluminium billets. We are manufacturing a wide range of aluminium alloys that includes – AA 1XXX, 2XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX, 7XXX and 8XXX; we are the first choice of customers of various manufacturing segments. OUR CAPACITY :
Sudarshan Aluminium started its journey in the year 2011 with a strong commitment to produce excellent quality Aluminium products with one extrusion press of 600 Tons capacity. It has gradually expanded and presently operates 3 extrusion presses with an Annual Capacity of 6000 MTPA. We have In-house Foundry, incorporated with modern melting furnaces and hot-top casting technology with a capacity of 10,000 MTPA that helps to achieve highly refined close grained and oxide free billets for superior quality finish as well as uniform surface on the extruded sections. We have Online Surface Treatment of Anodising and Powder with a capacity of 1200 MTPA each.
